A) Account Status (preservation)
Initial 90-Day Withdrawal Restriction: No withdrawals are allowed during the first 90 days to maintain account activity.
Profit Forfeiture Risk: Withdrawing any portion—or the full deposit—within the initial 90 days can lead to forfeiture of accrued profits.
Full Deposit Withdrawal Charges: Requesting a full withdrawal of your deposit within the first 90 days may result in profit removal and additional fees.
Annual Withdrawal Limit: To preserve your account status, total withdrawals within a calendar year must not exceed 100% of your total deposits.
Cashback Exclusions: Cashback payments do not affect your account status, regardless of how many months you receive them.
Closure upon Full Withdrawal in First Six Months: Withdrawing the entire initial investment within six months will close the account and may impact any remaining profits.
B) Credit Allowance
- Credit allowance represents temporary funds added to a client’s account.
- These funds are solely for initiating trades and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- They may be governed by specific terms and durations.
- Credit allowances are interest-free for a set period.
- Profits earned through the credit allowance can only be withdrawn after meeting all stipulated conditions.
- The applicable timeframes are defined by the company’s operational needs.
C) GOLD Plus Membership
- Requires a deposit of $33,000 to $60,000 USD.
- Includes enhanced rates and lower fees.
- Grants access to modified leverage options.
- Additional services and privileges may be available.
- The cashback amount ranges from $1,000 to $1,500.
D) Management Fee
- The management fee is a set cost determined by open trades and managed accounts, independent of trading outcomes or profits.
- This fee must be paid yearly, regardless of whether the account stays active.
E) Monthly Trading Volume
- The monthly trading volume represents the highest trading limit in USD for each account tier.
- Reaching the maximum monthly trading volume is required to earn cashback.
- Failure to meet the maximum trading volume for two or three consecutive months will result in losing cashback eligibility.
F) Performance Fee
- A performance fee is charged for each account based on the profits earned.
- Profits are determined independently of deposits and reflect net returns.
- The fee is due when submitting withdrawal requests.
- It does not apply to cashback amounts and is not payable on them.
- The performance fee is due at the financial year-end, upon profit withdrawal, or at account closure—whichever happens first.
G) Platinum Trial Membership
- Requires a deposit of $61,000 to $97,000 USD.
- Offers full Platinum-level services and privileges for one to two months.
- Cashback rates during this time are adjusted to 3% of total deposits.
- The cashback amount ranges between $1,800 and $2,600.
- Additional services may be extended upon special request, subject to management approval and specific conditions.
H) Withdrawal Process
- Withdrawals are restricted to the available cash balance in the account.
- Asset sales and trade settlements must be finalized before withdrawal requests are processed.
- Each account qualifies for one free withdrawal per month.
- Withdrawals of deposited funds will only be transferred to the original account.
- Profits may be transferred to an account specified by the client.
Withdrawals to crypto wallets incur no fees. - Crypto wallet withdrawals are processed at the client’s risk, and the company assumes no responsibility for actions taken after the transfer to the client’s bank account.
Maintain Your Account Status: To retain your account privileges, your balance must remain at or above the current level for at least 90 days. Special offers are available for clients with investments between $51,000 and $100,000, including a trial of the Platinum plan.
